Fire Rated Doors     

Fire Rated Doors are fire protection system to reduce the spread of fire between two rooms and to enable safe outlet from a building or structure. The exceptional door serves as a smoke and fire barrier. These door-sets can be made in single or double door-sets up to 2000 mm in height and 2200 mm in width. Our Door offers fire rated doors with fire resistant levels from 30 minutes to 3 hours all tested to BS 476 Part 22. Powder coating of 70-90 microns thickness offers integral stability to our doors.

Clean Room Doors

Clean Room Door is manufactured from GPSP, galvanized iron or stainless steel sheet, insulated with honeycomb paper core, mineral wool or polyurethane foam. Metal doors are Powder coated to 70-90 microns forming a smooth surface finish. Structured profiles are used with internal stiffeners and reinforcements for strengths. These doors have better UV protection, Thermal and Leak proof insulation, Corrosion protection. They have a smooth surface for easy cleaning and maintenance

Industrial Doors

We produce Heavy duty Industrial metal doors in size up to 3000 mm wide and 3000 mm in high. Doors can accommodate glazing in different arrangements with air vents, louvers and a wide range of hardware. Doors are pure/epoxy polyester powder coated achieving a coating thickness 70-90 microns forming a smooth surface finish
