Our Range of Air Handling Units
Pre-Filters
Pre-filters are also known as rough filters or coil protection filters. These filters are made of superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media and sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh. The media pack is securely bonded to the periphery of the enclosure frame using epoxy hardener. They are available from EU-1 to EU-4 as per European Standards. These pre-filters reduce particle size down to 10 to 20 micron with an efficiency of 85% to 95%.
Microvee Filters
Microvee filters are also known as fine filters or 5 micron / 3 micron filters and suitable for both EU-5 & EU-6 operations. The microvee filters are used where it is required to reduce the particles size down to 5 or 3 microns with an efficiency of 99.9%. Larger number of pleats of the media enhances the filtration area for better efficiency. Superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media and sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh. The media pack is securely bonded to the periphery of the enclosure frame using epoxy hardener. Microvee filters are available in M.S. / Aluminium construction with flange and without flange and are spray painted with synthetic enamel paints.
HEPA Filters
High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters are used where filter efficiency requirement is of 99.97% on particles of 0.3 micron in size or larger. HEPA filters have wide application in all clean room and pharmaceutical applications where class of cleanliness and particle count is must. They are made of Continuous sheet of non-combustible, water repellent, submicronic boro silicate glass fiber media. The filters are pleated around radii edge corrugated aluminium separators. They are available in flange type or box type.

We offer our clients an excellent quality range of GI and SS Sheet air duct, which are available in different shapes and sizes. Our Ducting systems can be Pre-Fabricated duct or site fabricated depending on the requirement from client. For instance, for overseas projects the ducting will be made in L shape and boxed at the site.

HEPA Boxes
HEPA Boxes are meant for housing of the HEPA filters to prevent any leakage / damage. The material of construction used is 16 G GI sheets with epoxy painted. HEPA boxes are available with both Top and Side connections.
Grilles / Diffusers
Grillers are designed for Supply & Return air application. It is available in pattern for 0,15,30,40 degree bar deflection for Grilles. They are made of Extruded aluminium profiles, GI & stainless steel Sheets and are available in Powder Coated finish. The type of grillers we offer are Linear Grille, Round Grille, Two Way and Four Way.
